About Alvéole
Alvéole leverages bees on over 2,200 commercial buildings to help companies increase tenant satisfaction and engagement, earn green building credits, and monitor real estate’s impact on nature and biodiversity. At Alvéole, we believe in doing work that makes an impact - no matter what position you hold in the organization. We are a passionate workforce of 115+ individuals, working across 70+ cities in Canada, the United-States and Europe. We believe that commercial real estate is uniquely positioned to make a positive impact on biodiversity and it’s our mission to unlock that potential.
About the role
Alvéole brings nature to life at 2,500+ commercial real estate buildings across North America and Europe. Led by the CEO, our Product team is building an innovative nature & biodiversity data platform for the CRE market (see details here). Our platform empowers our customers to analyze, report, and mitigate their impact on nature across their portfolios.
We’re seeking a Deployment Lead to drive successful rollouts of our Nature Intelligence Platform and ensure clients realize its full value. Sitting at the intersection of sales engineering, delivery, product, and research, you'll lead customer onboarding, shape report outputs, and act as our internal expert on global sustainability frameworks.
Our benefits:
- An attractive salary
- Generous and flexible PTO policy (minimum of 4 weeks per year)
- Comprehensive health insurance benefits from Day 1
- Work for a company that is at the forefront of the ESG movement, driving change and positive impact in urban landscapes
- Flexible working options
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the deployment experience for nature reporting across CRE portfolios.
- Act as the primary technical advisor in customer conversations, helping prospects develop a clear understanding of nature’s impact on their business and global nature & biodiversity frameworks such as TNFD.
- Collaborate with product management to turn customer feedback into meaningful improvements to our platform and data.
- Own the creation of customer-facing report templates and data packs - ensuring they are immediately relevant, insightful and easy-to-use.
- Serve as Alvéole’s internal center of excellence on nature-related frameworks - conducting research to ensure our data, reports, and platform evolve in line with global standards.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through structured onboarding, regular check-ins, and thoughtful support.
You have most or all of the following:
- Meaningful experience in a consulting or client delivery role with exposure to sustainability, either through select projects or as a core focus. Experience in commercial real estate or the built environment is a strong plus.
- A track record of managing client-facing projects from kickoff to completion, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and clarity in complex client conversations.
- A collaborative and curious problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Genuine interest in biodiversity, ESG frameworks, and the role of nature intelligence in shaping the future of real estate.
Alvéole’s impact-driven Culture is centered around its values:
→ We do meaningful work
→ We grow together
→ We share our passion
→ We push boundaries
→ We choose optimism
We don’t believe in values for the sake of having them. Alvéole is full of diverse experiences and perspectives, but by necessity our values are what we all have in common - they are what bind us together as an organization, and they are a non-negotiable commitment to doing things differently. Our values illustrate the ‘how’ behind our approach to work, and we use them as a compass to keep ourselves on the path that will lead us to success the ‘right’ way. Values hold us accountable to the culture we’ve set out to build for our team members, and the impact we’ve committed to making with our product.
Our recruitment process for this role:
→ Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist
→ Interview with our CEO
→ Case study presentation to a panel (CEO, CRO, CPO, and Chief of Staff)
→ Final conversation with our CEO
Our commitment to Inclusion & Belonging
At Alvéole, we embrace diversity as a core part of our identity and success. We foster an inclusive environment where individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives feel valued. Our team’s unique talents create a vibrant, innovative workplace where everyone can be their authentic selves. We actively seek to attract and retain a diverse workforce, celebrating differences that strengthen us. We encourage applicants needing accommodations to contact talent@alveole.buzz.
