Location: Montreal office (hybrid)
Type of contract: Permanent full time (40h a week)

We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to lead our growth initiatives and scale pipeline generation across key markets. This is a strategic role for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with execution, and who thrives in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
What you’ll do
- Own the full demand generation strategy and execution to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, SEO, partnerships, and events — from concept to reporting
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to align on personas, targeting, and campaign follow-up
- Monitor and optimize funnel performance, applying insights to improve conversion and ROI
- Test and implement new channels, tools, and tactics to drive scalable, predictable growth
- Mentor team members or collaborators (agencies, freelancers) where applicable
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- A proven track record of building and scaling pipeline through data-driven strategies
- Deep experience with HubSpot (or similar), Salesforce, campaign tools, and performance reporting
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills — you can set the roadmap and get your hands dirty
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, owning KPIs, and moving fast in a lean team
- A familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker / Looker Studio, and Vasco
- Being authorized to work in Canada
What is considered an asset
- Bilinguism in both English and French
- Experience in proptech, sustainability, or commercial real estate industries
- Passion for environmental issues, urban biodiversity, and nature-based solutions
