Location: Montreal office (hybrid)
Type of contract: Permanent full time (40h a week)

Alvéole is hiring a highly organized and process-driven Renewals Manager to join our Customer Success team. This individual will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of customer renewals across 2,200 commercial real estate sites, from proposal generation to invoicing. This is a new position designed to streamline operations and improve revenue retention.
What you’ll do
Renewal Ownership:
- Own the end-to-end renewal process across 2,200 sites
- Manage timelines, contract terms, and renewal scope for each customer
- Prepare and send renewal proposals with accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with Account Managers for renegotiation or strategic discussions
- Contribute to shaping and executing the broader renewal strategy
Invoicing Coordination:
- Serve as the primary owner of the invoice creation process related to renewals
- Confirm scope, pricing, and timing with Finance to ensure accurate invoice delivery
- Monitor outstanding renewals and follow up with internal and external stakeholders as needed
Operational Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Act as the lead process owner for the renewal workflow, identifying areas for improvement and standardization
- Help map and optimize how we communicate renewal information to customers
- Use automation tools and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy at scale
- Maintain visibility into renewal pacing and forecasted retention performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal workflows and alignment
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in renewals, customer operations, or contract management
- Bilingual (English and French preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Hubspot and QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Experience coordinating across teams and managing high-volume processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
